David Chao (“Chao”). The foregoing entities and individuals are collectively referred to as the “Reporting Persons.”

GP IV, the general partner of DCM IV, and Aff IV, may be deemed to have sole power to vote and sole power to dispose of shares of the issuer directly owned by DCM IV and Aff IV.
