Provide the following information regarding the aggregate number and percentage of the class of securities of the issuer identified in Item 1.

(a) Amount Beneficially Owned

As of the close of business on October 29, 2021, the reporting persons beneficially owned an aggregate of 14,823,763 shares of the Issuer’s Common Stock or 6.5% of the Issuer’s Common Stock outstanding, which percentage was calculated based on 229,152,001 shares of the Issuer’s Common Stock outstanding as of October 26, 2021, as reported in the Issuer’s Form 10-Q filed on October 29, 2021.

On November 1, 2021, Realty Income Corporation ("Realty Income") and the Issuer completed their previously announced merger. Pursuant to the merger agreement, at the effective time, each outstanding share of the Issuer’s Common Stock was cancelled and converted into the right to receive 0.705 shares of Realty Income common stock, par value $0.01 per share. Accordingly, as a result of the consummation of the merger, the reporting persons no longer beneficially owned any shares of the Issuer’s Common Stock.
