OrbiMed Capital GP IX LLC (“GP IX”) is the general partner of OrbiMed Private Investments IX, LP. OrbiMed Advisors LLC (“Advisors”) is an investment advisor in accordance with ss.240.13d-1(b)(1)(ii)(E) and is the managing member of GP IX.

Advisors exercises investment and voting power over the shares through a management committee comprised of Carl L. Gordon, Sven H. Borho, and W. Carter Neild, each of whom disclaims beneficial ownership of the Common Stock reported herein.
