The Funds described in Note 1 above have the right to receive or the power to direct the receipt of dividends from, or the proceeds from the sale of the securities held in their respective accounts. AAI disclaims beneficial ownership of all such securities. The interest of one person, Alerian MLP ETF, an investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, in USA Compression Partners LP Common Unit amounted to 8,772,895 shares or 8.93% of the total outstanding Common Units.
