Provide the following information regarding the aggregate number and percentage of the class of securities of the issuer identified in Item 1.

(a) Amount Beneficially Owned

As of the close of business on April 21, 2021, the reporting persons beneficially owned an aggregate of 5,263,948 shares of the Issuer’s Common Stock as a result of holding 5,263,548 shares of the Issuer’s Common Stock and listed options to purchase 400 shares of the Issuer’s Common Stock or 5.2% of the Issuer’s Common Stock outstanding, which percentage was calculated based on 102,091,526 shares of the Issuer’s Common Stock outstanding as of February 16, 2021, as reported in the Issuer’s Form 10-K, filed on March 1, 2021.

On April 22, 2021, the Issuer was acquired by an affiliate of funds advised by Thoma Bravo, L.P. At the effective time of the merger, each share of the Issuer’s Common Stock outstanding immediately prior to the effective time was automatically converted into the right to receive $88.75 in cash. Accordingly, at the effective time of the merger, the reporting persons no longer beneficially owned any shares of the Issuer’s Common Stock.
