	The name of the issuer is OPY Acquisition Corp. I (the "Company").

Item 1(b).	ADDRESS OF ISSUER'S PRINCIPAL EXECUTIVE OFFICES:

	The Company's principal executive offices are located at 85 Broad Street, New York, NY 10004.

Item 2(a)	NAME OF PERSON FILING:

	This statement is filed by Woodline Partners LP ("Woodline Partners" or the "Reporting Person"), a Delaware limited partnership, and the investment adviser to Woodline Master Fund LP (the "Woodline Fund"), with respect to the shares of Class A Common Stock (as defined in Item 2(d) below) directly held by the Woodline Fund.

	The filing of this statement should not be construed as an admission that the foregoing persons or the Reporting Person is, for the purposes of Section 13 of the Act, the beneficial owner of the shares of Class A Common Stock reported herein.

	The information required by Items 4(a) - (c) is set forth in Rows 5 - 11 of the cover page for the Reporting Person and is incorporated herein by reference.

	The percentages set forth herein are calculated based upon 2,479,510 shares of Class A Common Stock outstanding which was calculated based upon (i) 12,650,000 shares of Class A Common Stock outstanding as reported in the Issuer’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 22, 2022 ("December 8-K") and (ii) the redemption of 10,170,490 shares of Class A Common Stock by the Issuer’s shareholders, as reported in the December 8-K.
