	(b) Percent of Class: Of the 6,776,703 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of October 29, 2021, according to the Form 10-Q filed by the issuer with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 4, 2021, MIM (US) held 5.59% and MIML held 0.00%.
