Provide the following information regarding the aggregate number and percentage of the class of securities of the issuer identified in Item 1.

(a) Amount beneficially owned:

1,726,137 by each of Beach Point Capital and Beach Point GP (collectively, “Beach Point”). This amount includes 300,318 shares of Class A Common Stock and 1,425,819 shares of Class B Common Stock, par value $0.0000001 per share of the Issuer (“Class B Common Stock” and, together with the Class A Common Stock, “Common Stock”) beneficially owned by Beach Point, which are convertible at the option of the holder at any time into shares of Class A Common Stock on a one-for-one basis. **see Note 1**

The Common Stock reported as beneficially owned by Beach Point in this Schedule 13G includes 1,726,137 shares of Common Stock held by certain clients of Beach Point (the "Clients").

(b) Percent of class:

8.65% by each of Beach Point Capital and Beach Point GP. The percent of class is based on the sum of (i) 18,538,131 shares of Class A Common Stock outstanding as of October 27, 2021, as reported on the Issuer's quarterly report on Form 10-Q filed on November 3, 2021, plus (ii) 1,425,819 shares of Class B Common Stock beneficially owned by Beach Point, which are convertible at the option of the holder at any time into shares of Class A Common Stock on a one-for-one basis, and thus have been added to the aggregate shares of Class A Common Stock outstanding for purposes of calculating Beach Point’s beneficial ownership percentage, pursuant to Rule 13d-3(d)(i) under the Act.
