GATTACA Mining LLC may be deemed the beneficial owner of 20.5% of the Common Stock outstanding, based on 29,307,199 shares of Common Stock outstanding, as reported in the Issuer’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q filed on November 10, 2021.
