(“RVCF GP”), Ridge Software Investments I, LLC (“RSI I”), Ridge Ventures IV, LLC (“RV IV”) and Alex Rosen (“Rosen” and, with RVCF, RVCF GP, RSI I and RV IV, collectively, the “Reporting Persons”). The Reporting Persons expressly disclaim status as a “group” for purposes of this Schedule 13G.
