Percentage calculated based on 14,446,800 Ordinary Shares, consisting of (i) 13,429,800 Ordinary Shares outstanding as of November 6, 2024, as reported by the Issuer in its prospectus dated November 6, 2024, filed pursuant to Rule 424b(3) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and (ii) an additional 1,017,000 Ordinary Shares that the reporting person has the right to acquire within 60 days of the date of the report.
