	The name of the issuer is ASP Isotopes Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”).

Item 1(b).

NAME OF PERSON FILING:

This statement is filed by AK Jensen Investment Management Limited (“AK Jensen”) with respect to the shares of Common Stock (as defined in Item 2(d) below) held by Tees River Critical Resources Fund Ltd. to which it serves as investment manager.

Anders K. Jensen, a citizen of Norway, and Duncan P. Saville, a citizen of Britain, may be deemed to indirectly control AK Jensen.

AK Jensen is sometimes referred to as the “Reporting Person.”

The filing of this statement should not be construed as an admission that any of the foregoing persons or the Reporting Person is, for the purposes of Section 13 of the Act, the beneficial owner of the shares of Common Stock reported herein.

	The information required by Items 4(a) – (c) is set forth in Rows (5) – (11) of the cover page of the Reporting Person hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.

	The percentages set forth herein are calculated based upon 47,338,194 shares of Common Stock outstanding, which is the sum of (i) 37,385,684 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of August 11, 2023, as reported in the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2023, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 14, 2023 and (ii) 9,952,510 shares of Common Stock issued in the private placement disclosed by the Company in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 12, 2023.
