The number of Shares reported as beneficially owned by Susquehanna Securities, LLC includes options to buy 555,200 Shares. The number of Shares reported as beneficially owned by G1 Execution Services, LLC consists of Shares issuable upon the exercise of warrants to purchase Shares. The Company’s Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A, filed on December 16, 2020, indicates that there were 42,500,000 Shares outstanding as of December 16, 2020.
