Identification and Classification of the Subsidiary Which Acquired the Security Being Reported on By the Parent Holding Company PI, wholly owns two registered investment advisers: Putnam Investment Management, LLC, which is the investment adviser to the Putnam family of mutual funds as well as other mutual fund clients, and the Putnam Advisory Company, LLC, which is the investment adviser to Putnam's institutional clients. Both subsidiaries have dispositive power over the shares as investment managers.
