The following constitutes Amendment No. 3 to the Schedule 13D filed by the undersigned (“Amendment No. 3”). This Amendment No. 3 amends the Schedule 13D as specifically set forth herein. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined in this Amendment No. 3 have the meanings set forth in the Schedule 13D, as amended.

Item 4.	PURPOSE OF TRANSACTION

	Item 4 is hereby amended and supplemented as follows:

	On December 6, 2023, the Issuer consummated the Proposed Transaction pursuant to which each issued and outstanding Ordinary Share was automatically converted into the right to receive $24.00 per Ordinary Share in cash (the “Closing”). In connection with the Closing, each ADS representing an Ordinary Share and each Ordinary Share held by HBK Master, HBK Merger and the Managed Account was cancelled and converted into the right to receive $24.00 in cash. As a result, the Reporting Persons no longer beneficially own any Ordinary Shares of the Issuer.

Item 5.	INTEREST IN SECURITIES OF THE COMPANY.

	Items 5(a)-(c) and (e) of the Schedule 13D are hereby amended and restated as follows:

(a)	See rows (11) and (13) of the cover pages to this Schedule 13D for the aggregate number of Ordinary Shares and percentages of the Ordinary Shares beneficially owned by each Reporting Person.

(b)	See rows (7) through (10) of the cover pages to this Schedule 13D for the number of Ordinary Shares as to which each Reporting Person has the sole or shared power to vote or direct the vote and sole or shared power to dispose or to direct the disposition.

(c)	Other than as disclosed in Item 4, no transactions in the ADSs or Ordinary Shares have been effected by the Reporting Persons since the filing of Amendment No. 2.
