EXPLANATORY NOTE

This registration statement on Form S-8 (this “Registration Statement”) is filed by YSX TECH. CO., LTD (the “Company” or the “Registrant”) to register 1,665,000 class A ordinary shares, par value US$0.0001 per share (the “Class A Ordinary Shares”), that may be issued under the Company’s 2025 Equity Incentive Plan.
