(the “Registrant”) is filing this Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) to register an additional 339,098 shares of common stock issuable pursuant to the Registrant’s 2021 Equity Incentive Plan, pursuant to the provision of the plan providing for an automatic increase in the number of shares of common stock reserved for issuance under the plan effective on January 1, 2026.
