This Post-Effective Amendment No. 2 to the Registration Statement on Form S-1, as amended (File No. 333-284135) (the “Registration Statement”), is being filed solely to update the exhibit list in the Registration Statement to add as an exhibit BPM LLP’s consent to the use of its report dated March 27, 2026, with respect to the financial statements of LogicMark, Inc.
