WANG & LEE GROUP, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 (the “Form 20-F”) because it requires additional time to finalize the Form 20-F. The Company plans to file the Form 20-F no later than the fifteenth calendar day after its prescribed due date.
