INNEVOA Holdings Limited (formerly known as SAG Holdings, Limited, the “Company”) is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its annual report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 (the “Form 20-F”) because it requires additional time to finalize the Form 20-F. The Company expects that the Annual Report will be filed no later than the fifteenth calendar day after the prescribed filing date.
