Micropolis AI Robotics (the “Company”) is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 within the prescribed time period due to delays in completing the audit of its financial statements. The Company is working diligently with its auditors to complete the audit and file the Form 20-F as soon as practicable.

The Company currently expects to file the Form 20-F no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
