Julong Holding Limited (the “Registrant”) has determined that it is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2025 (the “Form 20-F”) by February 1, 2026 without unreasonable effort and expense. The Registrant anticipates that it will file the Form 20-F no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
