DigiAsia Corp. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2024 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission within the time prescribed due to a delay in obtaining and compiling information required to be included in the Company’s Form 20-F, which delay could not be eliminated by the Company without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company expects to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F within fifteen calendar days of the prescribed due date.
