The registrant has experienced a delay in preparing its Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 that has rendered timely filing of the Form 20-F impracticable without unreasonable hardship and expense. As a result, the registrant needs additional time to complete and finalize an accurate and complete Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. The registrant anticipates that it will file the Form 20-F no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date.

The registrant expects that its total revenue decreased by approximately SGD1.0 million to approximately SGD0.8 million for the year ended December 31, 2025 from approximately SGD1.8 million for the year ended December 31, 2024 primarily resulting from a decrease in installation fees, subscription fees, server costs, and sale of source code. As a result, the registrant expects that its comprehensive loss increased by approximately SGD1.2 million from approximately SGD5.5 million for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 to approximately SGD6.7 million for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.
