(the “Company”) is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 (the “Form 20-F”) within the prescribed period because U.S. GAAP audited financial statements of the Company are not yet available. The Company expects to file its Form 20-F once the financial statements for inclusion therein become available.
