TCV Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2021 (the “Form 10-Q”) by the prescribed due date because of administrative delays that prevented final changes from being incorporated into the Form 10-Q prior to the submission deadline. The Company is working diligently to complete the Form 10-Q and plans to file the Form 10-Q as soon as practicably possible.
