Sustainable Development Acquisition I Corp. (the “Registrant”) has determined that it is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2023 (the “Form 10-Q”) by the prescribed due date without unreasonable effort or expense. The Registrant is working diligently to complete the Form 10-Q as soon as practicable and expects to file the Form 10-Q within five calendar days of the prescribed due date.
