SCVX Corp. (the “Company”) needs additional time to complete the financial statements to be included in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2022 (“Form 10-Q”). The Company expects that its Form 10-Q will be filed on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed filing date.
