ScION Tech Growth I has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2022 (the “Quarterly Report”) by the prescribed due date because it requires additional time to complete its financial statement preparation and review process. The Registrant anticipates that it will file the Quarterly Report on or before the fifth calendar day extension provided by Exchange Act Rule 12b-25.
