BONK, INC. (the “Company’) is unable to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the nine months ended September 30, 2025 (the “Form 10-Q”) without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company’s delay in filing the Form 10-Q is principally due to the need for additional time for the Company to finalize, and for its independent public accounting firm to complete its review of the Company’s financial statements. The Company intends to file the Form 10-Q within the 5 calendar-day period set forth in Rule 12b-25(b) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.

Due to the spin-off of SRM Entertainment, Limited, the Company expects that revenues will decrease from $1,035,762 to approximately $808,778, and there will be a significant increase in the net loss of the company from $6,692,957 to $9,406,066.
