The Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q of Relativity Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”) for the period ended September 30, 2023 cannot be filed within the prescribed time period because the Company requires additional time to review and finalize its financial statements.

For the three months ended September 30, 2023 we had net loss of approximately $601,258, as compared to net income of approximately $728,646 for the three months ended September 30, 2022.

The amounts reported above are still under review by the Registrant’s independent registered public accounting firm and accounting staff and may differ once reported in the Form 10-Q to be filed by the Registrant.
