III (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 (the “Form 10-Q”) by the prescribed due date because the Company needs additional time to finalize the Company’s financial statements to be included in its Form 10-Q.
