New Vista Acquisition Corp (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2022 (the “Form 10-Q”) by the prescribed due date for the reasons described below.

The Form 10-Q could not be filed within the prescribed time period due to an administrative delay within the Company after the auditor completed its review of the financial statements. The Company is working diligently to complete the Form 10-Q as soon as possible and anticipates that it will file the Form 10-Q within the five-day extension period provided by Rule 12b-25 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
