Mondee Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) is filing this Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 with respect to its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the three month period ended September 30, 2024 (the “Form 10-Q”). The Company has determined that it is unable to file the Form 10-Q within the prescribed period without unreasonable effort or expense to the Company. The Company intends to file the Form 10-Q as soon as practicable within the extension period provided under Rule 12b-25 promulgated under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
