State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Form 10-K, 11-K, 20-F, 10-Q, N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.

Mobile Global Esports Inc. (the “Company”) has determined that it will not be able to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for its three months ended March 31, 2025 (the “Form 10-Q”) by the original due date for such filing, without unreasonable effort or expense, due to delays in compiling and reviewing certain information included in the Form 10-Q. The Company expects to file the Form 10-Q within the extension period of 5 calendar days, as provided under Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. The Company does not expect any changes to previously reported financial results.
