The Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2022 (the “Form 10-Q”) of MELI Kaszek Pioneer Corp (the “Company”) could not be filed within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. Additional time is needed for the Company to finalize its condensed financial statements and in order to permit the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm to complete its quarterly review of the condensed financial statements included in the Form 10-Q. The Company is working diligently to complete the Form 10-Q as soon as possible and expects to file such report within five calendar days hereof.
