Kismet Acquisition Three Corp. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended June 30, 2022 (the “Q2 Form 10-Q”) by the prescribed due date because the Company needs additional time to complete the financial statements to be included in its Q2 Form 10-Q. The Company is currently unable to predict a specific filing date for the Q2 Form 10-Q. However, the Company intends to file the Q2 Form 10-Q as soon as practicable.
