State below in reasonable detail the reasons why the Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-CEN, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period. (Attach extra sheets if needed)

Kismet Acquisition One Corp (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2021 (the “Form 10-Q”) by the prescribed due date because the Company, its accountants and its auditors need additional time to finalize the Company’s financial statements to be included in its Form 10-Q. The Company has reassessed its accounting for its warrants issued in August 2020 in light of the statement issued by the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 12, 2021 on Accounting and Reporting Considerations for Warrants Issued by Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (“SPACs”). Based on this reassessment, management determined that the Company’s warrants should be classified as liabilities measured at fair value upon issuance, with subsequent changes in fair value reported in the Company’s statement of operations each reporting period, which has resulted in a delay in finalizing the financial statements.
