InterPrivate IV InfraTech Partners Inc. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2022 by the prescribed due date as additional time is needed to complete the final review of its financial statements and other disclosures in the Quarterly Report. The Registrant anticipates that it will file its Form 10-Q within the five-day grace period provided by Exchange Act Rule 12b-25.
