IMAC Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2025 (the “Form 10-Q”) within the prescribed time period because the Registrant is experiencing delays in the compilation of certain financial and other information required to be included in the Form 10-Q. The registrant undertakes the responsibility to file such report no later than five days after its original prescribed due date.
