GridAI Technologies Corp. is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to timely file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. Due to the delay in finalizing and filing the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025, the Company requires additional time to finalize its review of the financial information for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. The Company is requesting an extension for the filing of its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 and currently expects to file the report no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date
