EVe Mobility Acquisition Corp (the “Company”) is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2024 (“Quarterly Report”) within the prescribed filing deadline because additional time is required to finalize and review the financial statements and other disclosures included in its Quarterly Report. The Company undertakes to file its Quarterly Report no later than five days after the prescribed due date.
