The Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 cannot be filed within the prescribed time period because the Company requires additional time to complete and review to ensure adequate disclosure of certain information required to be included in the Form 10-Q. The Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q will be filed on or before the 5th calendar day following the prescribed due date.
