Emerging Markets Horizon Corp. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 ("Form 10-Q") within the prescribed time period due to delays in compiling information required to be included in the Form 10-Q, including information relating to the preparation of its financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2022, and in completing the review of the financial statements included in the Form 10-Q arising from the Company’s historical relationship with VTB. Although the Company continues to work expeditiously to complete the work necessary to file the Form 10-Q as soon as practicable, the Company does not currently anticipate filing the Form 10-Q within the five-day period provided by Rule 12b-25.
