State below in reasonable detail the reasons why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-CEN, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.

Duet Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) has determined that it was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2024 (the “Q2 2024 Form 10-Q”) by the prescribed due date because the Company was in the process of finalizing the financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 and needed additional time to complete and finalize such financial statements. The Company anticipates filing its Q2 2024 Form 10-Q within the extension period of five calendar days as provided by Rule 12b-25 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
