The registrant has encountered a delay in assembling the information, in particular, its financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2025, required to be included in the quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the relevant period, rendering timely filing of the quarterly report impracticable without undue hardship and expense to the registrant. The registrant undertakes the responsibility to file such report no later than five days after its original prescribed due date.
