The Registrant’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 cannot be filed within the prescribed time period because the Registrant needed additional time to compile certain financial and other information required to be included in the Form 10-Q. The registrant undertakes the responsibility to file such report no later than five days after its original prescribed due date.
