ScION Tech Growth I has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2021 (the “2021 Form 10-K”) by the prescribed due date because the Registrant’s independent registered public accounting firm is in the process of completing the review of the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2021 and will need additional time to complete its review of such financial statements. The Registrant anticipates that it will file the 2021 Form 10-K on or before the fifteenth calendar day extension provided by Exchange Act Rule 12b-25.
