You will not be able to attend the meeting in person. To attend the virtual annual meeting, please register at www.cesonlineservices.com/hcc26_vm no later than 9:00 a.m. Central Time on April 19, 2026. WHAT IS BEING VOTED ON AT THE STOCKHOLDERS MEETING? 1. the election of six director nominees named in the proxy statement; 2. to approve the adoption of the Warrior Met Coal, Inc. 2026 Equity Incentive Plan (the “2026 Equity Plan”); 3. an advisory resolution to approve the executive officer compensation; 4. ratification of the appointment of our independent registered public accounting firm for 2026; and 5. such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or postponement thereof. Board of Directors recommends a vote FOR the election of the six director nominees, FOR Proposal 2, FOR Proposal 3, and FOR Proposal 4.
