	1.	To elect the six (6) nominees named in the accompanying proxy statement to our board of directors (the “Board of Directors”) to hold office until the 2027 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

	2.	To ratify the appointment of CBIZ CPAs P.C. as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for our fiscal year ending December 31, 2026.

	3.	To transact such other business as may properly come before the Annual Meeting or any adjournment or postponement thereof.
